Winema Lodge |
|
Visitors come to the lodge for group dinners, art classes, anniversary parties, weddings and receptions, Chamber of Commerce dinners, sports teams, luncheon meetings, church retreats, and tours. Klamath Water Users, fire crews, Indian Tribes, birders, hunting parties, and government agency workers frequent the facility. Visitors have come from as far away as Russia, Japan, India, Germany, Spain and New Zealand. Guests feel right at home in the meeting room with games, large TV, fireplace, and a rustic, homey atmosphere. This was the second year of the Pheasant Hunt-Release, where pheasants are released for the hunters and all profits go to the Shriner’s Children’s Hospital. |
